Faux Pas Jewelry is dedicated to pleasing our customers, and want you to be ecstatic about your purchase. If you are not happy, simply ship it back to us (insured) within the guidelines of our return policy (below) for a refund less shipping and handling fees.

Return Policy: If you aren’t satisfied with your recent Faux Pas purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a refund, less shipping and handling charges. The items need to be returned within ten (10) days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging, with all tags and labels properly attached, accompanied by proof of purchase. Each item will be visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of a refund. You will receive notification regarding your return within five business days. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged or non-insured packages will be refused and returned to the sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. All refunds will be in the form of the original payment.

Shipping: Secure your item and all of the original packing materials, including the return form, and packing slip, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. (The post office has these available if you do not.) Send the package by registered mail, as this is the safest way to ship high value items. Ship it via US POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL – REGISTERED AND INSURED. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus the shipping charges. Faux Pas is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of this package in the return areas. Mail the package to:
